1. On your iPhone, launch the Settings app.
2. Now, select Screen Time.

7. When prompted, be sure to enter your Screen Time passcode.
8. On the next screen, choose Don’t Allow and you are all set.
Interestingly, iOS/iPadOS altogether removes the Face ID/Touch ID & Passcode from the Settings menu, thereby preventing anyone from changing the passcode on your device.
